Part 1
Alhamdulillah... Everything was perfect today. Allah made things easier. Alhamdulillah.

In Shaa Allah, today we will have our Fruit Festival!
May it be a fun, healthy, and joyful experience for our little learners.

We strive to provide our students with a truly Islamic environment—one that nurtures their understanding of Aqeedah and helps them discover what Islam truly is, along with the beauty it holds.

We guide them on how to apply Islamic knowledge in every aspect of life and encourage them to stay away from anything un-Islamic. We do our best to protect them from what is haram and to shape their character upon faith and sincerity.

At the same time, we acknowledge our shortcomings. We are not perfect, and we continuously seek forgiveness from our Lord for where we fall short.

May Allah replace our shortcomings with something beneficial and accept our efforts. Ameen.

Some Advice for the job Seekers:
বর্তমানে আমরা অনেকেই বলি চাকরি পাচ্ছি না। আমরা কেন পাচ্ছি না তা কি সবসময় ভেবে দেখি। বা তার থেকেও বড় কথা আমরা কি ভাবতে চাই?

অনেকে ভ্যাকেন্সি দেখেই সরাসরি Directly নম্বরে বা WhatsApp এ কল দেন বা মেসেজ দিয়ে CV পাঠিয়ে দেন, “Here is my CV” লিখে।
এটা কোনোভাবেই professional approach না। এটা কোন এপ্লিকেশনের মধ‍্যেই পড়ে না।
As a job seeker, আপনাকে অবশ্যই proper channel follow করে apply করতে হবে। প্রতিটা ভ্যাকেন্সিতেই clear instruction থাকে:
career page, Google form, বা email। এই process follow করাই হচ্ছে standard professional practice।
এবার আসি আরেকটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ জায়গায়। যেসব ভ্যাকেন্সিতে বলা হয় WhatsApp এ apply করতে, especially যেখানে application fee বা joining fee চাওয়া হয়, এগুলোতে খুব careful থাকতে হবে। ভালো কোম্পানিগুলো সাধারণত এইভাবে hire করে না। So before applying, do your research and judge the company properly।
আবার যেসব জায়গায় মেইলে সিভি দিতে বলা হয় অইখানে অনেকে WhatsApp এ সিভি পাঠিয়ে দেন।
WhatsApp বা direct call হচ্ছে personal communication channel, এটা professional recruitment process না। আপনি যদি already proper way তে apply করেন, তার পর আবার WhatsApp এ knock দেওয়ার কোনো দরকার নেই।
আর একটা mindset change করা খুব জরুরি। অনেকে মনে করে call দিলে বা বললে “ভাই চাকরিটা খুব দরকার” তাহলে chance বেড়ে যাবে।
Reality is, company আপনাকে hire করবে না আপনার need এর জন্য, তারা hire করবে তাদের need এর জন্য।
আপনার personal situation যেমন, আপনি কতদিন বেকার, family crisis, বিয়ে হয়েছে, pressure আছে, এইগুলো recruiter এর কাছে বলার কোনো দরকার নেই। Because এইভাবে আপনি নিজের value নিজেই কমিয়ে ফেলছেন।
অনেকে আবার সিভি দেবার সময় নিজের সিভির নামটাও ঠিকভাবে লিখেন না। কোন পোস্টের জন্য আপনি এপ্লাই করছেন সেটাও উল্লেখ করেন না। এই কারণগুলো কিন্তু অবশ্যই আপনার ইম্প্রেশন তৈরিতে বাধা হয়ে উঠে।
আবার আপনাকে কল করা হলে, যথাযথ সম্মান প্রদর্শন পূর্বক কল রিসিভ করুন। অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই দেখা যায়, কোম্পানি থেকে কল করা হয়েছে বললেও ভাইয়া, আপু এভাবে সম্বোধন করেন। কর্পোরেট কালচারে এইভাবে বলাটা খুব বেমানান। স্যার/ম্যাম বলে সম্বোধন করাই সর্বোত্তম।
আর একটা বিষয় মাথায় রাখবেন,
Recruiters move across companies.
আজকে আপনি যাকে এইভাবে approach করছেন, ৫ বছর পরে সে অন্য কোনো বড় কোম্পানিতে থাকতে পারে। তখন সে subconsciously আপনাকে judge করতে পারে based on your past behavior.
So, you are a brand.
নিজেকে সেইভাবে present করতে শিখুন।
আপনি যখন proper way তে apply করবেন, structured CV দিবেন, clear communication maintain করবেন, তখন recruiter নিজেই আপনাকে shortlist করবে if you are qualified.
You don’t need sympathy, you need positioning.
নিজেকে এমনভাবে build করুন যাতে company আপনাকে hire করতে চায়, not because you begged, but because you deserve it.
এই mindset নিয়েই apply করুন।
