We are thrilled to share the success of a remarkable visit to the Bangladesh Airlines Training Center (BATC), arranged in collaboration with Biman Bangladesh Airlines, our national flag carrier. This enriching day for our students was coordinated by Faculty Supervisor, Ms. Fariya Hossain, accompanied by Mr. Md. Abul Khair Abdullah. A group of 30 enthusiastic students, including members of the IHSB Business Club, winners and outstanding performers of the IHSB Business Carnival 2024, explored the aviation industry through hands-on experiences and inspiring presentations by Md. Abdur Rafiq Sir, Director, Administration & HR (Joint Secretary), and Ms. Shahnoor Ahmad, Principal of BATC along with many other faculty members.

We thank Biman Bangladesh Airlines for making this experiential learning opportunity possible, not to mention the exceptional coordination of Mr. Mohammad Al Masud Khan which made the programme successful.

A huge congratulations to our talented Computer Science and ICT students from Grades 6 to 9 for their remarkable achievements at the South Breeze Inter-School Math x Coding Competition on 10th November.
• Safwan Huzaifee (6B) claimed the champion's title in the Junior Coding Competition. 🏆
• In the Sophomore Coding Competition, Abdullah Zokhar Dudaev earned an impressive 2nd place! 🥈
• Safwat Shabib and Abdullah Zokhar Dudaev also conquered the challenging Escape Room event with great success. 🔓✨

🌟 Hope in Action: Spreading Warmth this winter 🌟
Today (6 January 2025), the IHSB Hope AID Club partnered with the Dhaka Ahsania Mission, a leading NGO in the country, to support their Odhikar-Street & Working Children Outreach Project in Kamalapur, Dhaka. This impactful initiative addresses the needs of street and working children by providing safety, nutritious food, healthcare, education, and vocational training, aiming to build a brighter future for them.
As part of our Winter Drive Initiative, our dedicated Hope AID Club members distributed blankets and winter clothes to these vulnerable street children, who often endure harsh winters without proper care. Through this collaboration, we hope to bring warmth, comfort, and a sense of belonging to those who need it most.
Together, let’s continue to make a difference and spread hope. 💙

On Victory Day, IHSB Senior Section came alive with vibrant celebrations and heartfelt tributes to our martyrs and freedom fighters. 🇧🇩

The day began with a cultural program filled with inspiring speeches, soulful songs, and moving poems. Students showcased their creativity through an art competition, while the Victory Day Badminton Tournament brought together teachers and students in a spirited display of teamwork and sportsmanship. 🏸✨

IHSB HOPE Aid Club Extends Support to Satarkul Protibondhi Unnayan Sangstha

On 16th December 2024, the IHSB HOPE Aid Club took a meaningful step towards making a difference by donating BDT 10,000 to the Satarkul Protibondhi Unnayan Sangstha. The donation was handed over to the organization’s Executive Director, Dr. Farhana, by the Vice President of HOPE Aid Club, Faizah Yashna, and the club’s Mentor Teacher and Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Ms. Sharmen.

This remarkable organization works with underprivileged children with special needs, supporting their growth, education, and well-being.

In addition to the donation, representatives of the HOPE Aid Club had the honor of attending the Victory Day Cultural Program, hosted by the Satarkul Protibondhi Unnayan Sangstha. The event was a heartwarming celebration of resilience, inclusivity, and cultural pride.

🌟 The HOPE AID Club of IHSB has made a meaningful impact by donating 40,000 Taka to the July Shaheed Smriti Foundation on December 2, 2024. This contribution, raised through students' dedication—via donor support, event stalls, and member efforts—will aid the treatment of those injured in the July Revolution in Bangladesh. The foundation's CEO, Mr. Mir Mahbubur Rahman Snigdho, and mentor teacher Ms. Sharmen commended the students for their compassion and hard work. IHSB Hope Aid Club Visit to Shatarkul Protibondhi Unnayan Sangstha

On 23 November, the IHSB Hope Aid Club visited Shatarkul Protibondhi Unnayan Sangstha, a center supporting underprivileged children with disabilities. The children inspired us with their resilience and incredible dance performances, despite their challenges.

Club members engaged in discussions with the organization, learning about their struggles and pledging to help sustain their efforts.

It was a day of inspiration, compassion, and hope. We are committed to supporting this noble cause.
