The Urchin's JoY Charity Foundation Limited is a public non-profit company set up by some college students and Council to act as Trustee of the Foundation Fund. It commenced in September 2012. Its purpose is to promote the mission of the Poor Charity, by supporting initiatives of benefit to the community, particularly for people with special needs who receive no support or who are inadequately funded from other sources.
