We are thrilled to announce that Team_Gliders from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) has secured a winning position in the "City Problems – Traffic Congestion, Waste Management, Pollution Control, Smart Infrastructure" category at the National AI Hackathon, powered by Akij Resource and Mutual Trust Bank PLC.

This prestigious platform was an initiative of the Bangladesh Innovation Conclave, organized by the Bangladesh Brand Forum, in collaboration with BRAC University — celebrating innovation, impact, and the power of AI in solving real-world problems.

Team_Gliders showcased their brilliance through a dynamic solution addressing critical urban challenges.

বিইউপির পরিবেশ বিজ্ঞান বিভাগের গবেষণায় আটায় মিলেছে ক্ষতিকর মাইক্রোপ্লাস্টিক এর উপস্থিতি। সহকারী অধ্যাপক মো: আরিফুর রহমান ভূইয়ার তত্ত্বাবধানে শিক্ষার্থী সিফাত আয়শার গবেষণায় এই ফলাফল উঠে এসেছে। এই গবেষণা টিমের অন্যান্য সদস্যরা হলেন প্রভাষক মাইশা বিনতে সুলতান, মোহাম্মদ তোহা ও রামিসা তাসনিম।
