ভোলাগঞ্জ , সিলেট , যাকে সবাই এখন সাদাপাথর নামেই চেনে , কিছু বছর আগেও এই জায়গাটা মধ্যযুগীয় দাস প্রথার মতন এখানে শ্রমিকেদের অমানুষিক খাটানো হতো পাথর আর বালি মাফিয়াদের দ্বারা । সুনামগঞ্জ এবং সিলেট জেলায়, এখনো অনেক জায়গায় এমন পাথর/বালি/কয়লা মাফিয়াদের দ্বারা এই শ্রমিকরা নিষ্পেষিত । মূলত ময়মনসিংহ , জামালপুর, শেরপুর , নেত্রকোনা , গাইবান্ধা , কুড়িগ্রাম এর ভূমিহীন মানুষ এখানে অমানবেতর ভাবে শ্রম দেয় , তবু তাঁদের মুখে অফুরন্ত হাসিগুলো দেখে প্রাণ জুড়িয়ে যায় । ছবিগুলো ২০১৩ এর আর্কাইভ এর , পুরনো হার্ডড্রাইভ এর মাঝে পড়ে ছিল এতদিন ।
