The MBA & EMBA Programs of UIU successfully hosted the session “The Ethical Manager: Balancing AI-Driven Productivity with Workplace Responsibility” on December 6, 2025, featuring Prof. Dr. Md. Qamruzzaman as the distinguished resource person.

The event brought together the Dean of the School of Business & Economics, program directors, senior faculty, administrative leaders, and MBA students in a dynamic discussion on the evolving role of managers in the age of artificial intelligence.
