The MBA & EMBA Programs of UIU successfully hosted the session “The Ethical Manager: Balancing AI-Driven Productivity with Workplace Responsibility” on December 6, 2025, featuring Prof. Dr. Md. Qamruzzaman as the distinguished resource person.

The event brought together the Dean of the School of Business & Economics, program directors, senior faculty, administrative leaders, and MBA students in a dynamic discussion on the evolving role of managers in the age of artificial intelligence. Prof. Qamruzzaman emphasized that while AI can significantly enhance workplace efficiency, ethical responsibility remains the cornerstone of sustainable leadership.

This dialogue reinforced our commitment to preparing future managers who can integrate technological innovation with empathy, fairness, and accountability—ensuring that productivity gains never compromise human values.
