We successfully organized a Library Orientation and Literature Search Session for MPH students from the BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health at the Ayesha Abed Library, BRAC University.

The session introduced students to library resources and services, effective literature search strategies, and hands-on demonstrations using databases such as Research4Life and other relevant academic search platforms. It was encouraging to witness the students’ active participation and enthusiasm throughout the session.

We are pleased to support our MPH students in strengthening their research and information literacy skills as part of their academic journey.

Ayesha Abed Library – Notice of Closure

Ayesha Abed Library will remain closed from 27–29 November 2025 on the occasion of the 17th Convocation of BRAC University, to be held on campus.

During this period, all in-person library services (including circulation, reference services, reading spaces, and use of computers) will be unavailable.

✅ Online resources (e-books, e-journals, databases, and the library website) will remain accessible as usual.

The library will reopen on 30 November 2025 (Sunday), and services will resume as per the regular schedule. Students are requested to plan their study and borrowing activities accordingly, especially in view of the ongoing Mid-term Examination.
