đĸ THIRD C.T. EXAMINATION NOTICE
Dear Parents,
Assalamu Alaikum.
We would like to inform you that our Third C.T. Examination will commence on Sunday, 21 June 2026.
đ Examination Instructions
âĸ Examinations will be conducted in the respective classrooms according to the regular class schedule.
âĸ On the day of each examination, students must bring the H.W. notebook of the next subject.
Example: If the Bangla examination is held, the English H.W. notebook must be brought.
âĸ Every student must bring an Exam Board.
âĸ Students must bring a pencil, eraser, and sharpener.
âĸ Sharing educational materials with other students will not be allowed.
âĸ Toys, gadgets, or any unnecessary items are strictly prohibited on the school premises.
âĸ The school authority will not be responsible for any loss or damage of such items.
âĸ Students must attend examinations in complete school uniform; otherwise, marks may be deducted.

đĸ SPECIAL NOTICE FOR HALF-YEARLY EXAMINATION
The Half-Yearly Examination will begin on 05 July 2026.
đ Examination Time: 10:00 AM
Students of both Morning and Day Shifts will attend the examination at the same time.
Important Instructions
âĸ Students must sit according to the designated seat plan.
âĸ Sitting in any seat by personal choice will not be permitted.
âĸ Exam Board, pencil, eraser, and sharpener are mandatory.
âĸ Sharing educational materials with other students is prohibited.
âĸ Toys, gadgets, and unnecessary items are not allowed.
âĸ The authority will not be responsible for any loss or damage of such items.
âĸ Wearing the complete school uniform is compulsory.
âĸ Class teachers will not prepare question papers, evaluate answer scripts, or distribute marks for their own classes.
âĸ Question papers and answer script evaluations will be conducted by teachers from other classes or branches.
âĸ Only Pre-Play students will receive necessary assistance as mentioned in the question paper.
âĸ No assistance will be provided to students of other classes.
âĸ Parents will not be allowed to enter classrooms during examinations.
âĸ Questions will be properly explained to students of higher classes.
đ Special Request to Parents
Our institution is dedicated to young children. Therefore, the primary objectives of these examinations are:
âĸ To assess studentsâ learning progress.
âĸ To familiarize students with the examination process.
âĸ To reduce examination anxiety.
Please do not present examinations as a highly competitive event. Encourage your children positively so that they develop a healthy attitude toward examinations.
All students, regardless of whether they achieve high or comparatively lower results, will receive gifts to encourage their interest and enthusiasm for examinations.

đŗ Examination Fee
âĸ Bangla Medium: BDT 500
âĸ English Version: BDT 1,000
Students must submit the examination fee and collect their Admit Card from the office.
â ī¸ No student will be allowed to participate in the examination without an Admit Card.
Examination fees may be submitted starting tomorrow.
đ Additional Information
For newly admitted students of the July session, all classes will remain closed for five (5) days during the examination period.
