গত ১৫ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ ইং তারিখে ইন্টারন্যাশনাল কলেজিয়েট প্রোগ্রামিং কন্টেস্ট (আইসিপিসি)-এশিয়া ঢাকা রিজিওনাল কন্টেস্ট ২০২৫ এর অনলাইন প্রিলিমিনারি কন্টেস্ট (প্রাথমিক বাছাই পর্ব) অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। প্রাথমিক বাছাই পর্বে দেশের সুনাম ধন্য সরকারী ও বেসরকারী পর্যায়ে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ও অন্যান্য প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে প্রায় ১৮১৫ টি দল অংশগ্রহণ করে। তাদের মধ্য থেকে ফাইনাল পর্বের জন্য সর্বমোট ৩১৩ টি দল মনোনীত হয়েছে। আগামী ২০ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ ইং তারিখে অনসাইট (ফাইনাল পর্ব) কন্টেস্ট অনুষ্ঠিত হতে যাচ্ছে। এবারের আইসিপিসি এশিয়া ঢাকা রিজিওনাল কন্টেস্ট ২০২৫ (অনসাইট পর্ব) বাংলাদেশ ইউনিভার্সিটি অব বিজনেস অ্যান্ড টেকনোলজি তে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। আমাদের ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইসলামী ইউনিভার্সিটি অব সায়েন্স অ্যান্ড টেকনোলজি বাংলাদেশ'র কম্পিউটার সায়েন্স অ্যান্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং (সিএসই) বিভাগের একটি দল ২০২৪ সালের ন্যায় এবার ও প্রাথমিক বাছাই পর্বে অংশগ্রহণ করে ফাইনাল পর্বে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য চূড়ান্তভাবে মনোনীত হয়েছে। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ্‌। সিএসই বিভাগ এবং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় শিক্ষার্থীদের এই ধারাবাহিক সফলতা অর্জনের জন্য গর্বিত। প্রতিযোগিতায় (ফাইনাল পর্বে) অংশগ্রহণ করতে যাওয়া শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য রইল দোয়া ও শুভকামনা।

The IIUSTB CSE Programming Club successfully hosted the university’s first-ever mega CSE Fest on 21 November, 2025.
With multiple tech events and an inspiring inauguration by the Registrar, Controller of Examinations, and Honorable Vice Chancellor. The program was chaired by the Head, Dept. of CSE. The fest became a true celebration of innovation.

For three exciting days (25-27 September 2025), the BUBT BAPS National Programming Camp 2025 united 221 brilliant minds from 98 institutions across Bangladesh, turning the event into a remarkable journey of learning, problem-solving, and daily contest challenges. Two students from our CSE Department of IIUSTB participated in this event: Md. Arefin Rahman Jemim from CSE 3rd Batch, 2nd Semester, and Moynul Islam from CSE 4th Batch, 1st Semester. We wish them the best of luck on behalf of our university for their upcoming ICPC contest.

The teachers, officers, staff and students of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, International Islami University of Science and Technology Bangladesh (IIUSTB), express their profound shock and deep sorrow at the tragic and heart-wrenching incident caused by the plane crash at the Main Campus of Milestone School and College, Dhaka.

We earnestly pray to Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant the departed souls the highest rank in Jannah, heal the injured swiftly and bestow patience and strength upon the bereaved families. Amin.
