In many workplaces, conversations are happening constantly but clarity is not. Meetings stretch longer than needed, emails go back and forth with repeated explanations, and simple tasks become complicated. It’s rarely because people lack ideas or capability. More often, it’s because people are speaking to express, not to connect, and listening to respond, not to understand.
