📌 All graduates must sit in their designated areas within the student section.
📌 FST graduates will queue at Annex 1.
📌 Graduates from FASS, FBA, FE, and FHLS will enter through the Sports Gallery Gate.

Graduating students and their registered guests (who submitted the online form) can collect their invitation cards as per the campus distribution schedule from 8-11 December 2025. The detailed schedule is provided in the attached image.
🔹 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔:
✅ Bring a printed copy of your acknowledgment slip (PDF).
✅ Carry your AIUB student ID for verification.
✅ Cards will be distributed from designated locations on campus, depending on your department/ID (refer to the image for details).

The photographer will be available at the campus from Wednesday, 𝟱 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 2025 to Saturday, 𝟴 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 2025 from 12 PM – 7 PM (3 – 7 PM; on Friday only) at the Campus for taking photographs again for the graduating students of 23rd convocation who missed the photograph schedule earlier. There will be no more photograph taking schedule after this date.
