We are pleased to announce that Professor Dr. Gias U Ahsan, Vice Chancellor (in charge) and Pro Vice Chancellor of the Canadian University of Bangladesh, attended the seminar on 'Blended Learning Higher Education Innovation Program in Bangladesh' organized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Following the seminar, Professor Dr. Giasuddin Ahsan had the honor of meeting Dr. Haseena Khan, UGC Professor, and Professor Muhammed Alamgir, Acting Chairman of the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh. During this esteemed gathering, Professor Dr. Giasuddin Ahsan presented his latest book, "RED ALERT," created in collaboration with the Canadian University of Bangladesh.

The government of Bangladesh has initiated a comprehensive higher education blended learning program encompassing both public and private universities. The Canadian University of Bangladesh is taking a strong initiative in this approach.

Mili Akter has been actively involved with Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), contributing significantly to projects such as the National Household Survey 2023 on Corruption in Service Sectors and the Parliament Watch initiative. Her roles have included research planning, field survey management, data analysis, and report writing.
