BDPSTC is now offering an exciting program that allows trainees to ratchet-up their knowledge and training for the Offshore, Oil & Gas, Marine and Construction Industry to a whole new level. Cancellation Fee
Up to fifteen calendar days prior to start of the class, cancellation fee is 25% of total program cost. Within fifteen days, cancellation fee is 50% of total program cost. Dress Standards
The minimum dress requirements are:
Steel capped boots
Preferably long sleeved shirts and long pants
You have to bring the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment required for specific courses such as hard hats, gloves, earplugs etc. Please keep jewelry to a minimum. Behavior
BDPSTC has a strict `no-tolerance’ policy towards drugs and alcohol being consumed at or during training. Participants abusing this policy will be ejected from the training course and may result in cancellation of enrollment. ELIGIBILITY/ FOR WHOM – Requirements for Certification
Candidate must 18 years & above years of age. written and practical examination
CERTIFIED RIGGER LEVEL I EXAMINATIONS
Written examination - written examination consists of 50 multiple questions. Candidates are allowed 60 minutes to complete the test. Practical examination – The successful completion of Qualiified Banks man practical Examination demonstrate a candidate’s as per ASME hand signal competency. GAIN FROM THIS COURSE - Certified Banks man, Basic fundamental of Rigging and lifting. Simple lift, specifically certified Banks man should be able to demonstrate or have knowledge of how to:
Types of Signaling
Hand signal as per International Standards (ASME). Recognize hazards
Duties of Signalman/Banks man/Dog man
How to signal the Routine, Critical, Blind, Tandem lift
CERTIFICATION OF TIME FRAMES – Candidates must pass both written & practical Examinations to be certified for a One –year period. Any tests passed within a 3-months period towards certification. RECERTIFICATION – BPSTC certification is valid for one year. Candidates must complete all of their recertification requirements during the one month prior to their certifications. There is no grace period after certification has expired. Candidates whose certification has lapsed must take the full written & Practical examination to be certified again. The Certified Banks man recertification written examination consists of 30 multiple- chose questions with a time limit of 30 minutes. There is no requirement for Practical Examination for recertification. Maximum Participants – 10 Persons

ELIGIBILITY/ FOR WHOM – Requirements for Certification
Candidate must 18 years & above years of age
Secondary school certificate or 2 years Related experience
Pass competency test e.g. written and practical examination
CERTIFIED RIGGER LEVEL I EXAMINATIONS
Written examination - Written examination consists of 60 multiple questions. Practical examination – The successful completion of certified rigger Level I practical Examination demonstrate a candidate’s basic Rigging competency

ELIGIBILITY – Requirements for Certification
Be at 18 years of age
Certified Rigger level I certification
Diploma Engineering
Secondary school certificate or 2 years trade course
3 years Related experience
Pass competency test e.g. written and practical examination
CERTIFIED RIGGER LEVEL II EXAMINATIONS
Written examination - written examination consists of 120 multiple questions. Candidates are allowed 90 minutes to complete the test. Practical examination – The successful completion of certified rigger Level II practical Examination demonstrate a candidate’s Intermediate rigging competency

Written examination - written examination consists of 120 multiple questions. Practical examination – The successful completion of certified rigger Level III practical Examination demonstrate a candidate’s Advanced Rigging competency. GAIN FROM THIS COURSE - Certified Rigger level III, fundamental of Rigging and lifting. Critical lift, heavy lift, specifically level II I riggers should be able to demonstrate or have knowledge of how to:
Inspect and capable to all kinds of Lifting & Rigging gears and equipment’s
