কানাডায় স্টুডেন্ট ভিসার জন্য HSC বা অধিক পাশ যে কেহ দরখাস্ত করতে পারেন। স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা আবেদনের জন্য বয়সের কোনো সীমারেখা নেই। ভালো কলেজে ভর্তির জন্য IELTS স্কোর ৬ , ভালো ইউনিভার্সিটির জন্য ৭ হতে হবে।
টিউশান ফি প্রতি সেমিস্টার প্রায় ৬/৭ হাজার CA$ এবং কমপক্ষে ২৫ লাখ টাকার ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট দেখাতে হবে।

স্টুডেন্ট থাকা অবস্থায় প্রতি সপ্তাহে ২০ ঘন্টা পার্ট টাইম জব করা যাবে। ডিপ্লোমা বা ডিগ্রী সম্পন্ন করার পর ফুল টাইম ওয়ার্ক পার্মিট ভিসা পাওয়া যাবে ।এক বছর জব করার পর পার্মানেন্ট রেসিডেন্ট কার্ড পাবার যোগ্যতা অর্জন করা যাবে। পার্মানেন্ট রেসিডেন্ট হিসেবে প্রথম ৫ বছরের মধ্যে ৩ বছর থাকার পর কানাডিয়ান নাগরিক হবার যোগ্যতা অর্জন করা যাবে । IELTS স্কোর বেশি হলে ও ব্যাঙ্ক স্টেটমেন্ট ভালো হলে স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা পাবার সম্ভাবনা বেশি।

Since then it is being celebrated every year. The idea to celebrate International Mother Language Day was the initiative of Bangladesh.
