Job Responsibilities
• Carry out direct IT/Web/Software marketing activities according to the goal by own and set up by the Team Leader.
• Search Productive customer & communicate with them professionally.
• Maintain quality relationships with current and new clients.
• Works with sales team to develop sales goals and action plans.
• Staying up-to-date and knowledgeable on software.
• Report daily/weekly sales report
• Achieve monthly sales target.
• Analyze market conditions and find new customer for business developments.
• Giving solution on problems and queries raised by customers.

মাননীয় শিক্ষামন্ত্রী, বেশি বেশি সরকারি ইন্সটিটিউট না খুলে বর্তমানে যারা ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ার আছে বা যারা টাকার অভাবে বিএসসি করতে পারছে না তাদের জন্য ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠা করুন। দেশে কারিগরি শিক্ষার প্রসার ঘটাতে ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠা করা খুব প্রয়োজন। যারা বেসরকারি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে পাশ করে বের হচ্ছে তারা কি পাচ্ছে??? পাচ্ছে টাকার বিনিময়ে একটা সস্তা সার্টিফিকেট!!! বেসরকারি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে নেই কোন ভাল মানের ল্যাব,নেই পড়ালেখার পরিবেশ, যা থেকে শিক্ষাত্রীরা কিছু শিখবে। তাই ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়াদের উচ্চতর ডিগ্রি গ্রহনের জন্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠা করার বিকল্প কিছু হতে পারে না। না হলে আমার মত গরিব ছাত্রদের বিএসসি ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হওয়ার স্বপ্নটা অধরা থেকে যাবে!!! আমরা যদি সবাই একত্রিত হয়ে এই বিষয়টা নিয়ে নিজের মত করে গুছিয়ে লিখে নিজেদের টাইমলাইনে বা ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং গ্রুপ গুলোতো পোষ্ট করি তাহলে হয়তো কাজেও আসতে পারে।

কোটা নিয়ে পলিটেকনিক চুপ কেন?
ডুয়েট গুম্ম হয়ে কেন?
ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং সেক্টরে তো প্রত্যেকের জানার কথা, কিছু গভ জব কোটা ছাড়া সাধারণদের আবেদনের কোন সুযোগ ছিল না।
এখন পর‍যন্ত কোটা ছাড়া সারকুলার দেখা যায় না।
মনে নাই? সেদিন সুপারভাইজার হবো না এ দাবিতে প্রতিটা সরকারী বেসরকারি ইন্সটিটিউট কেমন সংগ্রামী ও উদ্যমী ছিল।
অথচ পরে জানা যায় সেটা শতভাগ সঠিক নয়।
কিন্তু আজ কেন চুপ কেন?
এটা তো আলোর মতোই পরিস্কার।
সময় আছে জেগে উঠতে হবে,,

কোটা নিয়ে পলিটেকনিক ছাত্রদের কোন মানবন্ধন পর্যন্ত নেই।
এটা আফসোস ও হতাশার বিষয়।

#ডিপ্লোমা_প্রকৌশলীদের_অধিকার_আদায়ে_ঐতিহাসিক_৬_দফা_দাবীঃ-
১।প্রাইভেট কোম্পানি গুলাতে ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের একটি সর্বনিম্ন বেতন নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া।
২। ৯-৫টা ডিউটি সময় বাদে বাকি সময় ওভার টাইম চালু করা।
৩। বিভিন্নভাতা চালু করা এবং সরকারি ছুটির দিনে ছুটি ঘোষণা করা এবং নিরাপত্তার জন্য বীমা ব্যবস্থা চালু করা।
৪।নিদিষ্ট তারিখে প্রাইভেট প্রতিষ্ঠান গুলাকে বেতন পরিশোধ করা বাধ্যতামূলক করা।
৫।উপরোক্ত নিয়ম ভঙ্গকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান কে বয়কট করা বা বাতিল বলে ঘোষণা করা।
৬। উচ্চশিক্ষার জন্য প্রতি বিভাগে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় চাই।
