Outgoing (Batch 42 and below) students wishing to enroll in Retake/Dropped/Special Courses are hereby instructed to fill-up and submit this online form.
Please note that:
1. Regular students (Batch 49-43) can enroll in MAXIMUM ONE (1) retake course for this semester. Please contact your respective section advisor to ensure enrollment.
2. Outgoing students (Batch 42- below) may enroll in up to a maximum of SIX (6) courses. Please fill up the form below with the required information to ensure enrollment.
