We, BRAC University Natural Sciences Club (BUNSC) are honoured to celebrate the 90th birth anniversary of an esteemed individual.

Sir Fazle Hasan Abed had his humble beginnings from the remote region of Sulla and went on to establish the world’s largest non-profit organisation spanning multiple countries across Asia and Africa. BRAC is his testament of commitment towards the welfare of common people. His core philosophy has forever been creating solutions through empowerment, enabling communities to help themselves. Central to his goal was enabling the development, education and empowerment, BRAC University has always been a part of his dream and legacy.

Sir Abeds' philosophy continues on within us as BRACU students. We aim to carry on his legacy in furthering education and empowerment in both our activities and our daily lives.

Every living being carries a hidden code, a sequence that defines identity, inheritance, and the story of life itself. the structure of DNA, first revealed by James Watson and Francis Crick in 1953. This discovery opened the door to understanding how life works, how traits are passed down, and how every living being is uniquely coded.

DNA is more than just a molecule, it’s the story of who we are, written in every cell of our body. From our smallest features to the deepest biological mysteries, it carries the blueprint of life.

On this 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 𝑫𝑵𝑨 𝑫𝒂𝒚, 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 (𝐁𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐂) marks the importance of this discovery that continues to guide research in genetics, medicine, and evolution, reminding us how deeply all living systems are connected at the molecular level.

A tiny molecule, yet it holds the design of everything we are, quietly shaping life in ways we are still discovering. 🧬

The evening came alive as the 𝑮𝑬𝑵𝑬𝑺𝑰𝑺 𝑺𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 ’26 unfolded with vibrant performances, heartfelt moments, and an energy that brought everyone closer.

Inspiring words from our respected advisor, Mohammad Rafiqul Islam Sir, co-advisor, Md Tawsif Ur Rashid Sir, and respected faculty members reminded us of a shared truth that BUNSC is more than a club; it’s a home where bonds go beyond academics and turn into something timeless. Alumni and former panel members’ interaction brought inspiration, guidance, and joyful stories, and a small token of appreciation was presented to our former panel members in gratitude for their contributions. From laughter to meaningful conversations, every moment felt like the start of something lasting.

We warmly welcome our new recruits and congratulate our newly promoted members, wishing you all a fresh start filled with growth, connection, and meaningful experiences.
To each of you stepping into this journey, may it bring lasting bonds and moments we’ll cherish together. 😇

It highlights the urgent need to protect our environment, as climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss continue to threaten the only home we have.

পুরোনো দিনের ক্লান্তি, দুঃখ আর সকল না-পাওয়ার হিসেব পেছনে ফেলে নতুন স্বপ্ন, নতুন আশা আর নতুন সম্ভাবনাকে বুকে জড়িয়ে নেওয়ার এ এক অনন্য সময়।
এ যেন এক নবজাগরণের ডাক,
যেখানে বিদায় জানাই পুরাতনকে, আর আন্তরিক ভালোবাসায় স্বাগত জানাই চিরসুন্দর নতুনকে।

The interviews for the 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯'𝘀 Spring 2026 recruiting have finally ended, bringing this chapter to a positive conclusion!

We got the chance to interact with a number of passionate, inquisitive, and eager people over the session of these two days, each of whom contributed their own enthusiasm and passion for the club. Each exchange served as a tiny reminder of the potency of curiosity.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of the hard-working volunteers and members of BUNSC who have kept everything running smoothly and with a pleasant vibe.
