Ever wondered about the small, triangular depression on the back of your hand near the thumb? That's the Anatomical S***f Box, a crucial landmark in anatomy and clinical practice!

To master its components, think in 3's:

1. The 3 Borders (The "3 P" Muscles):

- Abductor Pollicis Longus (APL): Forms the lateral border, attaching to the base of the 1st metacarpal.

- Extensor Pollicis Brevis (EPB): Also on the lateral side, attaching to the base of the proximal phalanx.

- Extensor Pollicis Longus (EPL): Forms the medial border, attaching to the base of the distal phalanx.
(A handy mnemonic: 1 Brevis between 2 Longus, or 2 'E's & 1 'A' for the muscles!)

2. The 3 Key Contents:

- Radial Artery: Crucial for pulse palpation and often a site for arterial blood gas sampling.

- Cephalic Vein: A superficial vein often used for venipuncture.

- Superficial Branch of the Radial Nerve: Provides sensory innervation to the dorsal hand.

3. The Base:
