𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Regional Officer to lead our marketing, institutional partnerships, and student acquisition efforts in the Chittagong Division. You will serve as the face of K-Village in CTG & Rajshahi, building local relationships, organizing educational webinar, and guiding prospective students toward studying in South Korea.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Conduct 1-on-1 and group counseling sessions with prospective students and parents regarding Korean higher education, available courses, tuition fees, and scholarship opportunities.
• Convert prospective leads into active enrollments for K-Village’s language classes and visa processing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local HSC colleges, private universities, language hubs, and coaching centers.
• Pitch, organize, and execute spot-assessment events, campus seminars/webinars.
• Plan and execute hyper-local promotional campaigns (leafleting, venue branding, local social media outreach).
• Track local market trends, gather feedback from parents/students, and monitor competitor activities in the Chittagong & Rajshahi region.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Education: Honours or bachelor running.
• Experience: Having any experienced in regarding sector is a plus point but Freshers can also apply.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Bangla and English. Ability to communicate effectively in the local dialect is strongly preferred to build trust with local parents.
• Network: Demonstrated local network within colleges, coaching centers, or student networks in Chittagong.
• Skills: Excellent public speaking, presentation, and sales negotiation skills, proactive problem-solver with strong organizational capabilities.
