To commemorate “World Book Day”, Ignite Publications is inviting young learners to submit their own original art work for a virtual drawing competition on our page. Join the competition and win exciting prizes from Ignite Publications. How to get started (parents supervision required):
1. Draw your favorite character from any book/cover or write a poem, on a piece of paper. You can use water color, crayons, or any other materials.
2. After completion, parents should take a picture or scan your drawing/painting and upload it in the comment section of this post. All art work must be submitted no later than April 23, 2016
3. Judges from the Ignite team will choose the best drawing/painting from all the submissions. We will announce the winner on this page on the end of the month of April, 2016.
4. So hurry up guys, don’t miss it!
5. Remember, all the artwork and write-ups must be original. When uploading the work, please include the name of the child and his/ her age with the work submitted. Also include the character and name of the book from which the character has been taken.
6. This competition is open to children from age 5 to 13 only.

Details of the competition is given below:
· Group 1-(Children aged 5-7) will draw a picture of their favorite character from any book of their choice. Parents can then take a picture or scan the artwork and post it as comment in the following link: www.facebook.com/ignitepublications
· Group 2-(Children aged 8-10) will draw their favorite book cover and post them in similar manner.
· Group 3-(Children aged 11-13) will write a small poem/ rhyme or short story of their own and post them in the same way.
