Reflecting on an exhilarating journey at Language Mania 2.0, hosted by the Department of Japanese Studies English Forum. This wasn't just a competition; it was a vibrant celebration of linguistic diversity and creativity that brought together brilliant minds from all across the university!
From the quiet intensity of the writers to the vibrant energy on stage, every segment was a testament to the incredible talent of our participants. From spontaneous sparks to structured brilliance, our competition segments pushed every boundary:

Story Behind the Frame: Participants transformed still images into captivating narratives, proving that storytelling is a bridge between the seen and the unseen.

Extempore Speech: A high octane display of quick thinking and eloquence, where speakers tackled unexpected topics with sheer confidence.

Multimedia Presentation: Where logic met aesthetics. A masterclass in delivering impactful ideas through visual excellence.

Beyond the thrill of the competition, we hosted an empowering workshop "GEN: The Art of Public Speaking and Fearless English Communication." This session was all about breaking down barriers and helping students find their voice to communicate in English with newfound confidence.

The Vision Behind the Forum:
The Department of Japanese Studies English Forum is dedicated to building bridges through language. Our goal is to create an inclusive space where students from all backgrounds can sharpen their skills, boost their professional readiness, and express themselves without fear.
