The new logo description of LLi
The rebranded logo of Lodestar Leadership Institute (LLi) is deeply inspired by the spirit and significance of the July Revolution 2024 in Bangladesh, reflecting a commitment to social transformation through youth empowerment.
The dark black background symbolizes the prevailing challenges, injustices, and moral uncertainty within society. Against this darkness, the white “LLi” lettering stands for light, clarity, hope, and ethical guidance—representing LLi’s mission to illuminate minds through the right kind of knowledge, skills, and principled leadership.
The most powerful element of the logo is the "red dot" above the letter “i.” This red mark commemorates the sacrifices made during the July movement—the bloodshed of both young and old, men and women-and serves as a solemn reminder of responsibility. It signifies courage, resistance, and the price paid for change, while also embodying LLi’s resolve to transform sacrifice into sustainable social progress.
Together, the elements convey a strong message:
LLi exists to remove darkness from society by nurturing informed, ethical, and courageous youth leaders—guided by light, grounded in sacrifice, and driven by purpose.

Lodestar Leadership Institute - লৌডস্টার লিডারশিপ ইনস্টিটিউট Partners with Edutecs Limited to Implement Modern Learning Management System
Dhaka, Bangladesh — [December 4, 2025]
Lodestar Leadership Institute (LLI), a not-for profit youth development center, which is an initiative of Lodestar Education Foundation has recently entered into a strategic partnership with Edutecs Limited to adopt their state-of-the-art Learning Management Software (LMS), aimed at enhancing LLI’s digital learning experience and operational efficiency.
The signing and onboarding session was held in Dhaka. Representing Edutecs Limited were its Chief Executive Officer M. Ekram, a graduate of the University of Manchester, and Hasib Mahmud, Head of Business Development. Abu Yousuf, Founder of Lodestar Leadership Institute, represented LLI at the event.
Through this collaboration, LLI will integrate advanced LMS technology to streamline online course delivery, strengthen learner engagement, and support its mission of developing ethical, skilled, and globally competent youth.
Both institutions expressed optimism that the partnership will contribute significantly to the expansion and quality of future educational initiatives.
