Passport to Earning Bangladesh

For Tahmina, learning had always been limited to her regular academic subjects. But she often wondered how she could build skills that go beyond the classroom.

That curiosity led her to Passport to Earning (P2E), introduced through a friend who shared her experience. Interested in learning something practical, she enrolled in the “Art of Problem Definition” course.

From the start, Tahmina found the course engaging and well-structured. Through interactive lessons, videos, and activities, she learned how to organize her thoughts, communicate ideas clearly, and listen with attention. The course also helped her strengthen her critical thinking and problem-solving skills, encouraging her to approach situations in a more structured way.

A turning point came during a college group project. Earlier, she would hesitate to share her thoughts. This time, she stepped forward, helping structure the presentation, contributing ideas, and communicating more clearly with her team. Her effort was appreciated by both classmates and her teacher.

Today, Tahmina continues to apply these skills in her studies and group work. Her journey is also inspiring her peers to explore new learning opportunities and build their own confidence.

For Ramisa, a young girl from Cox’s Bazar, opportunities to build new skills were limited—but her curiosity to learn never faded.

Her journey began when she heard about Passport to Earning (P2E) at a community learning center, where other learners were sharing their experiences. Inspired to improve her skills, she enrolled in the “Workplace Communication Essentials” course.

From the very beginning, Ramisa found the learning experience engaging and easy to follow. Through videos, quizzes, and real-life examples, she learned how to listen actively, communicate clearly, and present her ideas with confidence. The flexibility of learning at her own pace made the process comfortable and meaningful.

One moment stood out. When asked to coordinate a small group discussion in her community, Ramisa stepped forward. Using what she had learned, maintaining eye contact, speaking politely, and listening carefully, she guided the conversation with ease. The discussion flowed smoothly, and her peers appreciated her ability to lead and communicate.

Today, Ramisa is more confident in her daily interactions and better prepared for future opportunities. By sharing her experience, she is also encouraging others in her community to explore digital learning and build skills for their own growth.
