বুঝতে পারছেন? আপনার বাচ্চা আসলে অন্যদের চেয়ে এগিয়ে। যখন বাকি সবাই ভাবছে, আপনার সন্তান তখন কাজে নেমে পড়েছে।

**আমাদের বাবা-মায়েরা যেটা বলেননি:**
ADHD বাচ্চারা "ভাঙা" নয়। তারা হলো নতুন জেনারেশনের মানুষ পুরানো নিয়মের দুনিয়ায়।

অন্য বাচ্চারা যেখানে একটা একটা করে ভাবে, আপনার সন্তান একসাথে হাজারটা জিনিস নিয়ে ভাবতে পারে।
কিন্তু সমস্যা হলো আমরা পুরানো প্যারেন্টিং করি। এটা যেন আইফোনকে পুরানো মোবাইলের চার্জার দিয়ে চার্জ দেওয়ার চেষ্টা। 📱🔌

আপনার বাচ্চা আসলে ঠিকমতো শিখছে তো?

বাচ্চাকে ভালো English Medium ( Edexcel / Cambridge Curriculum) স্কুলে ভর্তি করিয়েছেন, পড়াশোনায় খরচ করছেন, ক্লাসের নোট আছে, হোমওয়ার্ক ও করছে—তাহলে তো সব ঠিক, তাই না?

কিন্তু আপনার বাচ্চা কি আসলেই ওর বয়স অনুযায়ী ঠিকমতো শিখছে?
একটা ৫ বছরের শিশু কি কি শিখবে?
৭ বছরের একটা বাচ্চার গণিতে কতটুকু দক্ষ হওয়া উচিত?
১০ বছর বয়সে কি কি বিশ্লেষণ করার ক্ষমতা তৈরি হওয়ার কথা?

অনেকে বলবে, "সিলেবাস ও আছে, টিচাররাও বই পড়াচ্ছে!"

অনেকে শুধু সিলেবাস ফলো করেন, কিন্তু একটা বাচ্চার শেখার স্তর অনুযায়ী কন্টেন্ট কভার করছেন কিনা, সেটা জানেন না। শিক্ষার সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ বাংলাদেশের বেশিরভাগ স্কুলেই follow করে না!

আর বাবা-মায়েরা? অনেকে homeschooling করছেন, অথচ curriculum objectives এর ব্যাপারে কোন ধারনাও নেই!
দুঃখজনক হলেও সত্যি—বাংলাদেশে বেশিরভাগ শিক্ষক curriculum objectives সম্পর্কে জানেন না।

কোনো ট্রেনিং সেন্টার বা অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্মও curriculum objectives নিয়ে কাজ করে না, specifically। তাহলে, যেসব শিক্ষক স্কুলে পড়াচ্ছেন আর যেসব বাবা-মা নিজেরা বাসায় পড়াচ্ছেন—তারা কীভাবে বুঝবেন, কতটুকু পড়ানো উচিত?
সচেতন parents হিসেবে আমরা কি এভাবেই চলবো ? না কি নিজেরা শিখবো, বুঝবো, আর নিশ্চিত করবো আমাদের সন্তানের সঠিক শিক্ষা??
