This is a tale of an extra ordinarily brilliant young boy merged with diverse skills and highest standard of moral values and responsibilities. Aeorangajeb Al Hossain, presently working as a doctor at The Apollo Hospitals Dhaka found it very difficult to prepare better for his regular courses during vacation in his Cadet College days. He had to rush t
o the ‘Tutor Houses’ in this big city which almost spoilt each of his vacations without any kind of entertainment and Cadets Hangouts. And after he had completed his HSC with record marks in Rajshahi Board he faced the greatest nightmare. He spent his teenage grooming days in Rangpur Cadet College and for that he was no match for the busy cruel outsiders. So just before the Undergraduate Admission Tests under huge mental pressure due to preparation he became frustrated and got unsure about his future having no counseling or inspiration. But due to his parents unending support and his positive will he managed to enroll himself in SSMC. But he is the man with the morale. He envisioned that his junior brothers from Cadet Colleges must fight this transitional period after passing out. And during that crucial moment the seniors must stand by there side for counseling and motivation. With a vision to aid the cadets, Cadets Campus™ was established in 2002 with the motto “Of the Cadets, By the Cadets, For the Cadets.”
And here we stand today after 10 years of struggle and precious moments…

‘CADETS CAMPUS’ is not a coaching center
Though few of the many often mistake by thinking it as a coaching center, most people who are well aware of this organization they know it very well that it was never established as a coaching center. Yes it is definitely not nor will it perform as a coaching center. However, we are glad to declare that the Cadets Campus was founded as an Academic Aid Organization and now functioning as a Study Center exclusively for the cadets, which is the first of its kind in Bangladesh. And when we say it is a study center for the cadets then we mean it. Being the ancestors in the fraternity of cadets we cannot be profit making l***y business persons. Nor we have any intention of playing with the academic career of the cadets. We believe Education can never turn into a business or an option. Rather it is the most sophisticated right of every person. And at that point the Cadets Campus Team is working night and day to provide the best quality of moral and technical education. We do not have teachers but facilitators:
We are the first in Bangladesh to differentiate between teaches and facilitators and materialize it in real. A teacher teaches and provides lectures from the text book and the class comes to an end. Whereas a facilitator helps his students do something more easily by discussing problems, giving advice and instances rather than just reading texts to them. Inspired from the results of the research on ‘Effective Learning’ Cadets Campus is the first to materialize the idea of facilitating a group. In Cadets Campus there is no teacher but facilitator. All the facilitators belonging to the best academic backgrounds are well-mannered and highly trained on The Art of Facilitating. The facilitators never give the solution or the correct answer to a problem rather they create an environment where the students find the exact solution themselves through discussing and generating brainstorming ideas.
