Location: Online workshop

This interactive, two-hour workshop will discuss how to develop a funding proposal for research grants allocated for putting innovative project ideas into action. The workshop will walk through the Why, What, How, and So What? of the elements of writing a successful proposal. During this workshop, the KIX EAP team will share tips for writing a background and justification for a proposal (the Why), developing a project description and theory of change (the What), determining methods and resources needed (the How), and finally, measuring and sharing impact (the So What?).

The workshop will be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation into Russian and Arabic. During the workshop there will be ample opportunity for questions and sharing of experiences.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Masters in Education Program from IER, University of Dhaka The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Administration/ Management, Teaching/ Training

Job Experience: Minimum 01/02 years

Job Responsibilities:

-To prepare training manual & Training of Trainers (TOT) work preparation

-Have the training facilitation capacity

-Have training need assessment capacity

-To prepare training content

-To prepare skill mapping of Trainee

-Need to prepare comprehensive training report preparation

-Have the ability to develop content for the regular training -Prepare training participant profiles and recruitment strategy

-Plan logistics, prepare junior trainers and brief guest speakers -Source additional support trainers and external resource persons

-Act as lead facilitator, facilitating sessions and taking account of feedback from participants

-Review training budget utilization and report

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements:

-Good command in English

-Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

-Fast learner & good analytical ability & capacity to work under stress

Job Location: House #26, 3rd Floor, Block G, Road 7, Banani, Dhaka – 1213

Salary: BDT- 25000 (Monthly)/Negotiable based on work experience
