IHSB expresses its deep sorrow at the passing of Begum Khaleda Zia, former Prime Minister of Bangladesh and the first female Prime Minister of the country.

Her leadership marked an important chapter in the political history of Bangladesh. As a pioneering woman leader, she inspired generations and left a lasting impact on national governance and public life.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, supporters, and the people of Bangladesh during this time of grief.

What an evening at International Hope School Bangladesh! The management, environment and especially the crowd were truly amazing. Special thanks to the Hope Aid Club for inviting us and we truly admire and appreciate how this club is dedicated to serve the people in need.

🇧🇩 Victory Day Celebration | International Hope School Bangladesh 🇧🇩

International Hope School Bangladesh observed Victory Day with due respect and solemnity, commemorating the historic victory of 16 December 1971 and honouring the immense sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.

The programme featured thoughtful student participation, patriotic expressions, and cultural performances that reflected the spirit of independence and national pride. Through these collective efforts, students were encouraged to remember the values of courage, unity, and responsibility that underpin our nation’s journey.

The celebration served not only as a tribute to the past but also as a moment of reflection—reminding our students of their role in upholding the ideals and aspirations of Bangladesh as future citizens.

🌿 𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘 𝗔𝗜𝗗 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁 2025 | 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻🌿
On Sunday, IHSB Senior Section proudly hosted the HOPE AID Charity Concert — an evening where music became a powerful voice for community service, humanity, and hope.
Our talented student singers truly electrified the stage with their heartfelt performances, proving once again that young minds can create meaningful impact when guided by compassion. The energy, confidence, and passion they brought left the audience inspired and uplifted.
Adding to the magic, the renowned band ODD Signature graced the stage with an outstanding performance, lending their music to a greater cause. We were also honored to have Touhidul Peal, whose soulful performance added depth and emotion to this meaningful evening.
This concert was more than entertainment — it was a step towards fulfilling our shared responsibility under the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Through this initiative, we stood for No Poverty (SDG 1), Good Health & Well-being (SDG 3), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17), reminding ourselves that service to humanity is the true measure of success.
At HOPE AID, we believe that when a community comes together with purpose, change begins. Together, we move closer to the world we aspire to build by 2030.

IHSB values its educators; both in the classroom and beyond.
To celebrate that spirit, IHSB Uttara Senior Section proudly organized the Educators’ Badminton Tournament-2025, bringing together our teaching and non-teaching staff for a vibrant display of teamwork, energy and sportsmanship. 🏸
Congratulations to all the educator participants!

In the Women’s Singles, Ms. Aysha Zabin (Faculty member of BGS) became the champion after a fantastic match against Ms. Dilara Ireen(Faculty member of Chemistry). In the Men’s Doubles, the powerhouse duo Mr. Nayeem and Mr. Sharif, (Faculty member of Chemistry & Accounting respectively) claimed the championship title with a remarkable win over another dynamic duo Mr. Resalat and Mr. Abdur Rob, (Facilities manager & Lab Officer respectively).
All the matches were electrifying and every participant showcased incredible skill, determination and heart. This event once again reminded us how sports bring us closer, strengthen relationships, and add joy to our school community.

Here’s to many more events like this in the future — because at IHSB, we value our educators in every field. 🏸
