As we expand, we are looking for a Business Analyst to optimize our business operations, analyze market trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies in the EdTech sector.
Analyze student enrollment data, course performance, and user engagement metrics to provide strategic recommendations.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and operational efficiency.
Assist in business model development, pricing strategies, and monetization plans to increase profitability.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to improve business strategies.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational workflow.
Prepare business reports, financial forecasts, and strategic plans for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ī¸ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Final-year students can apply)
✔ī¸ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ī¸ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools
✔ī¸ Basic understanding of financial modeling and business strategy
✔ī¸ Experience with EdTech, e-learning platforms, or startup environments is a plus
✔ī¸ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ī¸ Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
