CS/IT degree কি তাহলে worthless?
Not really. কিন্তু job market এখন আগের মতো নেই।

এখন শুধু degree থাকলেই enough না। CS/IT students বাড়ছে, competition বাড়ছে, আর AI ও automation অনেক entry-level কাজকে change করে দিচ্ছে। তাই general IT role পাওয়াটা অনেকের জন্য কঠিন মনে হতে পারে।

কিন্তু এর মানে IT career শেষ না। Cybersecurity, Data/AI, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, Software Development এর মতো field এখনো strong। বিশেষ করে cybersecurity demand বাড়ছে কারণ business, banking, e-commerce, remote work, cloud system, এবং data privacy এখন অনেক বেশি important.

So, main question is not:
“CS/IT degree worth it?”

Better question is:
“আমি কি শুধু degree করছি, নাকি employable skill build করছি?”

Degree gives you a base.
Skills, projects, certifications, and a clear niche give you career direction.

আপনি CS, CSE, IT বা tech-related major এ থাকলে panic করার দরকার নেই। কিন্তু passive থাকলে হবে না। এখন থেকেই practical skill, portfolio, certification এবং real project নিয়ে কাজ শুরু করুন।
