Bangladesh Enterprise of Education & Technology (BEeduTech) Solutions, under its Pipilika brand, is organizing a Nationwide Talent Search Program titled “Future Leaders of Bangladesh (FLB)” for the first time in Bangladesh. As partners we have Robi, Prothom-alo, Daily Star and BRAC University. We acknowledge the contributions of BIZ BEE. Special contributions of HARVARD University Professors are greatly acknowledged. Registration will start from May 22 and end on June 23, 2011. Process of registration:
1) Registration Booth:
a) We have registration booths in many universities where FLB representatives are helping the students to get the registration from their campus without going to the bank. b) FLB representatives will give you money receipt if you register from them.
2) Websites:
a) Registration form is also available inhttp://www.pipilika.com/asset/Registration%20Form_FLB.pdf and www.facebook.com/flbzone. b) Anyone can print the registration form downloading it from the internet and fill it up. Photocopy of the printed form is acceptable too. A 500 taka Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of “BEeduTech Solutions”-Jamuna Bank Ltd. from any schedule bank needs to be sent to 'FLB C/O Prothom Alo Jobs, CA Bhaban, 100 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka-1215' with the filled-up registration form. Every participant will get a participant’s ID when he/she registers for FLB. This Participant’s ID will be used for online assessments. Since FLB is one of the most prestigious and effective recognition for the business students, we would like it to be of that kind. Here are the basic Selection Process:
1. A series of online tests will judge students’ IQ, Analytical Abilities, Creativity, Quantitative Competencies, Attitude, Confidence, Real Life business Acumen, Writing Skill, Subject Knowledge etc. We will publish the SYSTEMS and DATES of the assessments soon.
2. After these assessments, we will make a short list of participants (Around 500) who will come to Dhaka for second level tests. Here they will sit for another test in BRAC University.
3. Based on the second level test results, we will finalize top participants (Around 150) for this year’s FLB-BUSINESS. These students will get the ultimate opportunity to attend the 2-Day business seminar in BRAC Center Inn, Mohakhali. 15 corporate leaders from this country will give speech to the students divided in 5 groups in five sub-sectors.
4. These 150 students will also sit for business case competition on the topics covered in the seminars.
5. Based on the business case competition result, 5 ultimate FLB in five sub-sectors will be announced. First Level Assessment Dates:
1) We will upload FLB test system on June 26.
2) You will have 48 hours from June 27 to June 28. Within this time, you must log in using your Email Address and Participant's ID. First Level Assessment Instructions:
1) You have to participate in 3 assessments within those 48 hours.
2) After finishing one test you can go to another one.
3) If during your exam time, there is any kind of load shedding or interruptions, you can start the test again from the place you have been disconnected. You will be given this chance three times. If this unsystemetic log out happens more than three times, you will be disqualified from that particular test.
4) Your result will be calculated as the sum of all these three tests. A short listed candidates based on the highest marks will be called for second level assessment on July 1 at BRAC University.
5) The questions will judge your communication in English, Subject knowledge, IQ, Analytical ability, Quantative ability etc.
6) We will publish the result of our first level assessments on June 29 and those will be selected, they must be ready to sit for the assessment in BRAC University on July 1, Friday.
