Job Context: We are looking for a proactive and hard-working HR team member for the Recruitment and Selection Team of BJIT Limited, a Global software development and IT services company created as a joint enterprise between Japanese and Bangladeshi entities.

Responsibilities:
✔ Learn the steps of recruitment and hiring process & partner with recruiting team to update the job descriptions and postings.
✔ Audit recruitment processes across multiple channels.
✔ Research hiring trends and best practices.
✔ Should be able to find out CV as per required job description from online sources.
✔ Enhance campus recruiting program and create a calendar of events for HR.
✔ Schedule and coordinate technical and non-technical interviews.
✔ Coordinate programming tests/ coding tests for engineers.
✔ Maintain and update ERP.
✔ Present segments of the Onboarding process to new hires.
✔ Participate in departmental and/or staff meetings.
✔ Exposure to all areas of HR, including benefits, HRIS, compliance.
✔ Interact with all levels up through Hiring Managers and Executives.

Additional Requirements:
✔ Age 22-26 years.
✔ Ability to work independently and in teams.
✔ Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Ability to interact in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
✔ Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research.
✔ Possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
✔ Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
✔ Strong interpersonal skills including written communication and verbal communication skills.
✔ Proficient in English (written and verbal).
✔ Able to work under pressure.
