Life mixes amazing highs with tough lows. We grow not by avoiding storms, but by standing in them and seeing when the load is too much. Bravery isn’t about ignoring pain—it’s about being patient and trusting “this too will pass.”

When we accept that it’s okay not to be okay, we give ourselves a chance to heal and grow. That acceptance is a kind of self‑love, a way of fighting the need to seem invincible. It turns mere survival into triumph and turns sadness into wisdom.

We have to make room for the hard feelings. The horizon will bring better days, not because we force it, but because life naturally shifts, and we shift with it. Keep breathing, keep moving, keep believing in the slow, stubborn magic of getting better—not just surviving, but thriving.
