The Little Ducklings - Daycare, Preschool and Elementary School Who we are:
The Little Ducklings (TLD) is a Daycare, preschool and Play-zone service provider of Bangladesh. TLD's mission is twofold. Imported play items,

TLD started its journey in 2017 as a Social Enterprise of Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM). Firstly, we help working parents take care of their children. Secondly, the solvent families' payments against our services help us support DAM's social work for children living in poverty. The Little Ducklings’ objectives are:
 To support women empowerment by providing working women a safe and pleasant
place to keep their children during their working hours.
 To provide a space for children where they stay safe, spend happy times, learn new things, and meet others.
 To earn money from the services for helping the children who are living in poverty. Our services:

TLD’s dedicated, training and closely monitored pool of staff provide the following services at the TLD center in Dhanmondi, Dhaka:
o Daycare services for children. o Preschool for children
o Elementary School (Playgroup, Nursery, Kindergarten) for children

Special features of our center:
i. Parents can monitor children’s activities through CCTV,
ii. Developmentally appropriate play items and learning materials,
iii. Child specific storage option,
v. Daily cleaning of the space,
vi. Observance of days and festivals,
vii. Observance of children’s birthday,
viii. Support for children with special needs. The Little Ducklings takes a holistic approach towards learning, care and play. In this mode, learning is a continuous process. Children learn continually in all places over time. We arrange environment and activities to target all kinds of development (physical, cognitive,
emotional, social and language). Our curriculum is play and theme oriented. Play fosters thinking, imagination, creativity, language, and cooperation. Theme-oriented learning fosters children’s opportunities to understand contexts and relationships, and heightens their ability to develop their own learning theories.
