Support Engineer – System service operation
Requirements:
• Any under graduate or diploma with more than 3 years of Linux administration commercial experience.
• Good knowledge on basic services installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
• Knowledge on bash scripting is preferred.
• Sound networking knowledge is preferred.
• MySQL administration experience (backup/replication).
• Some exposure to PHP, python or Perl would be a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions.
• Good knowledge of virtualization.
• Linux or other vendor certification will be an added advantage. Preferably RHCE, CCNA, CEH etc.

Support Engineer – Network & Security service operation

Requirements:
• Any under graduate or diploma with more than 3 years of Network administration commercial experience.
• Good knowledge on basic services installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
• Sound system operating knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions.
• Good knowledge of virtualization.
• Network or security vendor certification will be an added advantage. Preferably CCNA, CCNP, CEH etc.

Helpdesk executive – Helpdesk & Network monitoring operation

Requirements:
• Any under graduate or diploma with good computer & tele conversation skill.
• Should be able to work in shifting duty (day/evening/night).
• Bengali & English pronunciation should fare.
• Capable of sound English conversation.
• Capable of report preparation.
• A/O Level or under graduate students are encouraged to apply if confident enough.
