As we welcome the spirit of Eid ul-Adha, may this sacred occasion remind us of the true meaning of sacrifice and devotion. Eid ul-Adha teaches about our true sacrifices and its profound importance deeply rooted in accumulating our belief that we are ready to sacrifice anything by the command of our Lord.

So, this Eid let’s hold ourselves from pride, comparison and selfishness. As mentioned in Quran Sura al Hajj (22:37),
“It is neither their meat nor their blood that reaches Allah, but it is piety from you that reaches Him.”
Let’s work on removing all the negativities from life and hope that Almighty accepts our humble sacrifice and blesses us with peace, happiness and abundance of prosperity.

With a heavy heart and profound sorrow, we mourn the untimely passing away of Azwad Tawsif Riasat (ID: 24301041) and his friend Labib Wadi Sopan (ID: 24309250) from the CSE department of BRAC University. Azwad was not only a bright and cheerful student, he was also a dedicated Senior Executive of Business Development Department at IABC.

Azwad and Sopan's death tragically took place at Munshiganj because of drowning. Their untimely departure has left their family, friends and colleagues with extreme grief.

IABC | BRAC University will sincerely remember Azwad's contributions with profound respect. His friendly behaviour, kindness, commitment and vibrant nature touched everyone's heart around him. His absence will always be felt with melancholy. He will remain alive in everyone's heart through his memories of sincerity, passion and laughter. IABC | BRAC University will cherish him as an invaluable asset forever.

May the Almighty gives his family the strength and patience to bear such an immense loss. IABC | BRAC University extends it's heartfelt condolence to his family and his near and dear ones. May his departed soul rest in eternal peace and serenity.

This Mother’s Day, let's celebrate all the untold sacrifices of our mothers who brought us up with utmost love and care. As Rudyard Kipling said, “God could not be everywhere, and therefore he made mothers.” So, let’s make this day a bit special for them because they deserve to know how much we love them.

On this majestic day, we pay tribute to the scratched,wounded and tired hands that work to build our future as well as our destiny.
It is the remebrance of the struggles of the labours in order to gain dignity. This day recognizes that every drop of sweat of the labours matter. The civilization that we are witnessing today is standing on unheard courageous stories of thousand labours. May day is the day of establishing equal rights,respect and solidarity for the hard-working labours around us.

The day was full of activities and conversations which highlighted the power of teamwork. Our new communicators stepped up confidently with commitment, innovative ideas and zeal to mark their presence.

The INFLUX was not just the outset but the dawn of a journey fueled by friendship, learning and collective goals.
We have reached the beginning of our new endeavor together, and we look forward to what we will create together.
