আজকে লাইভ এ থাকবো রাত ১০ টায়। বিভিন্ন সেফটি ইস্যু নিয়ে কথা বলবো। জানা না জানার কথা নিয়ে শেয়ার করবো৷ সেল্ফ ডিফেন্স বলতে শুধু নিজেকে বাচানো বুঝায় না, আমি এখানে শারীরিক, মানসিক সমস্যা ও যে ধরণের সামাজিক কিছু নেতিবাচক কর্মকান্ড হচ্ছে, সেগুলোকে তুলে ধরতে চাচ্ছি আপনাদের সামনে, যাতে ভবিষ্যতে আরো সচেতন হতে পারেন৷

গত সাত বছরে শিক্ষকতায় আমার যে অভিজ্ঞতা হয়েছে, সেগুলো নিয়ে আমি কিছু শেয়ার করবো। আশা করি আপনাদের কাজে লাগবে।

Bangladesh Self Defense Association performed a big Self Defense Workshop at Ruqayyah Hall, Dhaka University today!

Thanks to Sensei MJ Borna Jaman for being with us in this beautiful event. You came from so far with sickness but still you made yourself look like you are made of STEEL!
You are amazing! You really have inspired and motivated all the sisters who participated in the event! You are a great asset for the nation sister! May Allah bless you always.

Thanks a lot to all respected volunteers who really made this event perfect and wonderful! Fariha Happy Eti sister, it was you who started this.You started this venture! Tawheedul Islam bhai, thanks a lot for the support. Then the rest of the volunteers were so fantastic! I am so excited with this Team!

যখন কোনো একটা মেয়েকে কেউ অযাচিতভাবে স্পর্শ করে তখন সেই স্পর্শটা মেয়েটা কত কাল মনে রাখে তা কি কোনো ছেলে জানে?
সেই স্পর্শটা মেয়েটাকে কতক্ষণের জন্য স্থবির করে দেয় তা কি কোনো ছেলে জানে?
ঐ স্পর্শটা কতটা ঘৃণার সেটা কি তারা জানে?
একদিন একদিন করে বাঁচতে কেমন লাগে?
প্রতিদিন, প্রতিক্ষণ নিজেকে ঢাকতে কেমন লাগে?
প্রতিবার আঘাত পেতে কেমন লাগে?
প্রতিবার পিষ্ট হতে কেমন লাগে?

আচ্ছা, প্রতিবার যে তোমরা বাসা থেকে বের হও তোমরা কি দেখে বের হও? ঘড়িটা নিলাম কিনা, মোবাইলটা পকেটে কিনা, মানিব্যাগ আছে কিনা?
আমরাও এগুলো দেখি। কিন্তু আরো কিছু দেখি আমরা। আমরা কি দেখে বের হই বলো তো? সব ঢাকলো কিনা? কিছু বোঝা যাচ্ছে না তো? আমার ঢেকে রাখায় কোনো কমতি নেই তো যা তোমাকে না উত্তেজিত করে দেয় আবার! তাহলে তো আবার আমারই দোষ হবে!

তুমি যখন ছবি আপলোড দাও কি কি দেখো? কতটা সুন্দর লাগছে? কি ক্যাপশন দিবে? কোন এডিট দিবে?
আমরাও এগুলো ভাবি। কিন্তু আরো কিছু ভাবি আমরা। আমরা কি ভাবি বলো তো? আচ্ছা এই ছবিটায় কোনো বাজে মন্তব্য আসবে না তো? কিছু নিয়ে মন্তব্য করবে না তো? মেয়ে বন্ধুদের জিজ্ঞেস করি 'এই কিছু খারাপ লাগছে না তো?'

তোমাদেরকে আমরা এতো ভয় পাই কেনো? এতো ভয় নিয়ে একদিন বেঁচে দেখাও তো। দেখো তো কেমন লাগে। দেখো তো তখনো চোখ কোন দিকে যায়, হাত কোন দিকে বাড়াও।

পৃথিবীতে অনেক অপরাধ আছে। কিন্তু ধর্ষনের মত জঘন্য অপরাধ আর একটাও নাই। তুমি কাউকে মেরে ফেলতে পারো। কিন্তু তার অতীত-বর্তমান-ভবিষ্যৎ নষ্ট করে দিয়ে তাকে জিন্দা লাশ বানিয়ে ফেলা যায় শুধু মেয়েটাকে ধর্ষন করে দিয়ে।

তুমি কোনোদিন বুঝবে না তোমার ইচ্ছা না করলেও তোমাকে ছুঁয়ে দিলে কেমন লাগে, তুমি কোনোদিন বুঝবে না তোমাকে ব্যাথা দিলে কেমন লাগে, তুমি কোনোদিন বুঝবে না একটা মন্তব্য কিভাবে চোখে পানি এনে দেয়, তুমি কোনোদিন বুঝবে না তোমার হাসি আমাকে কেনো কাঁদায়, আর তুমি এটাও বুঝবে না পৃথিবীর যে কেনো প্রান্তের যে কোনো মেয়ে ধর্ষিত হলে আমার বুকে কতটা রক্তক্ষরণ হয়। কারণ তুমি তো আর মেয়ে না।

For the last few days, I have been thinking, how mothers of today who has children about 1 to 10 years old, how they are struggling in public places and corporate lives. Many of them are suffering public harassment. Even some housewives are also suffering domestic violence.

What if we organize a day of 2 hours self defense and social awareness workshop for them?

I would like to know personal opinions... Thank you..
