ভাইভে আবারো ভ্যাকেন্সী হয়েছে। অনেকের প্রশ্ন থাকতে পারে এতো দ্রুত কেন চলে যায় সবাই। আমরা শুরু থেকেই একটু ব্যাতিক্রম ভাবে ভাইভের রিক্রুট গুলো করি। প্রফশনাল কাউকে নেই না। সবাই ছাত্র/ছাত্রী। উদ্দেশ্য এদেরকে ছাত্রাবস্থায়ই ক্যারিয়ার এর ব্যাপার নিয়ে প্রশিক্ষন দেয়া। আমাদের দেশে বেশিরভাগ ছাত্র/ছাত্রী লেখাপড়া শেষে ক্যারিয়ার এ গিয়ে ভোগে কারন তারা আগে থেকে এ ব্যপারে খুব বেশি জানেনা বা জানার সু্যোগ কম হয়। ভাইভে গত এক বছর যারা কাজ করে চলে গিয়েছে তাদের প্রায় সবাই ভালো জায়গায় গিয়েছে এবং এখান থেকে শিখেছে। কেউ এখন দেশের বাইরে আছে। সেখানে প্রায় একাই একটি ক্যাফে শপ চালায়। এবার যেমন আমাদের রোহান চলে যাচ্ছে ওয়েস্টিন এ। হস্পিটালিটি ইন্ডাস্ট্রি নিয়ে লেখা পড়া করা এবং শেফ কোর্স করা রোহান এর প্রায় ১০ মাস কাজ করেছে আমাদের সাথে। ওয়েস্টিন এর মতো জায়গায় তার ইন্টার্ণশিপ হয়েছে। অভিনন্দন রোহান!

তাই আমাদের একজন প্রয়োজন। আপনি চাইলে অফিশিয়ালি ইন্টার্নশিপ করতে পারেন অথবা পার্ট টাইম। হস্পিটালিটি ইন্ডাস্ট্রি ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড হতে হবে এমন নয় । আমাদের বর্তমানে যারা আছে এদের মধ্যে একজন হিসাব বিজ্ঞান ,একজন ম্যানেজমেন্ট, একজন মার্কেটিং, একজন সি এস ই, ব্যাক গ্রাউণ্ড এর। বুঝতেই পারছেন আমরা মাল্টি কালচারে বিশ্বাসী। আপনি যে কোন ব্যাক গ্রাউন্ড এর হোন না কেন আমাদের সাথে কাজ করতে চাইলে এবং অবশ্যই শিখতে চাইলে আবেদন করতে পারেন।

ছেলেদের মধ্যে খুজচ্ছি এবার। ভাইভের লোকেশন এর কাছাকাছি আপনার বাসা হলে ভালো হয়। আপনার সিভি নিম্নোক্ত মাধ্যম গুলোতে পাঠান। সিভি দেখে প্রাথমিক ভাবে সিলেকশন হলে আমাদের টিম আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে।
