We’re pleased to share that our Research Associate, 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗸𝘂𝗷𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝗲𝗱, from the CRID Bioinformatics Research Lab at the Center for Research Innovation and Development - CRID, has been featured in The Financial Express Bangladesh with his editorial titled “𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵.”
Rabies (jolatonko) continues to pose a serious public health challenge in Bangladesh. Despite significant progress over the years, the disease primarily transmitted through dog bites, remains almost 100% fatal once symptoms appear, underscoring the critical importance of prevention and awareness.
