English Medium School এর পড়াশুনা মুলত বাংলাদেশী প্রথাগত শিক্ষার চাইতে অনেকটাই আলাদা। বিশেষ করে Cambridge, Edexcel কিংবা IB curriculum এর ক্ষেত্রে। দেখা যায় মাঝারি মানের English Medium স্কুলগুলোয় অপ্রয়োজনীয় পড়ার চাপ, আবার ভালো স্কুলগুলো পড়ানোর পদ্বতি অনেকটাই ভিন্ন। তাই Parents রা অনেক কিছু ঠিক মতো বুঝে উঠতে পারেন না। ফলাফল: পড়াশুনায় অনেক ভালো হওয়া সত্বেও অনেক students পরীক্ষায় মোটামুটি ধরনের result করে। এটা অনেক বাবা-মা’র ই চিন্তার কারন। বড় একটা ব্যাপার হচ্ছে মুখস্ত করাটা খুব একটা কাজে লাগেনা। কারন বেশির ভাগ question থাকে open ended. কন্সেপ্টা ভালো ভাবে জেনে নিজের ভাষায় লিখতে হয়। তাই বেশির ভাগ বাচ্চারা ভালভাবে syllabus শেষ করেও মোটামুটি result করে।

আমার শিক্ষকতার শুরু ২০০৯ এ Scholastica School এ, শুরু করেছিলাম class 3 দিয়ে । তারপর থেকে বিভিন্ন grade লেবেলে পড়িয়েছি, কাজ কিরেছি curriculum developer হিসাবে এখন ও Cambridge curriculum পড়ানোর পাশাপাশি কাজ করছি Cambridge Assessment Specialist হিসাবেও। আমার অভিজ্ঞতায় বলে, বাচ্চারা শুধু মাত্র school syllabus শেষ করে মোটামুটি result করতে পারে extra ordinary result করতে দরকার ভিন্ন approach. আর সেটা শুরু করতে হয় early age থেকে।

আমি দেখেছি খুব ভালো result জন্য নিচের এই পাঁচটি বিষয়ে focus করাটা জরুরি।

Grade-9: Physics( Cambridge & Edexcel) For school students: O level syllabus will be explained, school expectations from the students in Grade-9 & most of the hard topics will be explained with simple techniques) - Very very effective for the private students. -lab facilities Same goes for Grade-9 Mathematics-B, Add Math & Pure Math. Grade-10 for both Math & Physics - Intense revision on the whole syllabus - Discussion on specific topics where students have sever weakness.

For Edexcel Physics everything will be remain same except the practical class because they don't have any practical paper but we can enforce it that we will demonstrate them different unit-3 problems practically that give them very good understanding.

(Edexcel) C-34 & S-1 Or C-34 & M-1

For both Grade-11 & 12 Mathematics: Syllabus will be finished with in six months including chapter wise question papers & rest of the time students will attend their MOCK exams.

Grade-12 Physics Cambridge Special Practical classes will be taken for preparing students for Paper-5 Edexcel Unit-4, 5 & 6
