Vacancies:
Customer Support Executive – 3 positions
NOC Support Engineer – 2 positions
Workplace: Work at Office (Narsingdi)
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support Executive:
Deliver effective and responsive IT support for networking issues faced by our customers.
Ensure high-quality customer service through timely troubleshooting and technical assistance.
NOC Support Engineer:
Configure, implement, and troubleshoot network equipment, including OLT, switches, routers, and other network appliances.
Maintain network stability, monitor performance, and ensure robust operations in our Network Operations Center (NOC).
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in Computer Engineering or Networking, or Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering.
Professional Certification: MTCNA, MTRCE (preferred)
Experience Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 1 year in ISP technical support, ISP technology, or Network Operations Center.
Additional Requirements:
Age: 22 to 28 years
Gender: Male only
Salary: Negotiable
Other Benefits:
Mobile bill, tour allowance, overtime allowance
Yearly salary review and two annual festival bonuses
