গত জুনে প্রায় পাঁচ বছর পর বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইন্সের কেবিন ক্রু নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়েছিলো। কিন্তু বহুল প্রতিক্ষিত ঐ নিয়োগে প্রয়োজনীয় সংখ্যক যোগ্য প্রার্থী না পাওয়ায় খুব ই স্বল্প সময়ে আবারো কেবিন ক্রু নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করেছে বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইন্স। বাছাই প্রক্রিয়া, প্রশ্ন পত্রের ধরন ইত্যাদি নিয়ে কিছু কথা বলবো আশা করি আপনাদের সবার উপকার হবে।
বাছাই প্রক্রিয়াঃ সঠিক ভাবে তথ্য যাচাই বাছাই করার পর যারা অনলাইনে সময় মতো আবেদন করেছেন এবং সময় মতো পরীক্ষার ফি সঠিক ভাবে প্রদান করেছেন সবাইকে পরীক্ষার জন্য ডাকা হবে। এই বিষয়ে দুশ্চিন্তা করার কোনো কারণ নেই।
পরীক্ষার পদ্ধতিঃ গতবার বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইন্সের কেবিন ক্রু নিয়োগ পরীক্ষায় প্রথমে এমসিকিউ পদ্ধতিতে প্রিলি যা ৫০ নম্বরের আইকিউ পরীক্ষা হয়েছে। এবং ঐ দিনেই উচ্চতা, ওজন, ফিটনেস ইত্যাদি যাচাই করা হয়েছে, এখানে উত্তীর্ণদের ৬০ নম্বরের লিখিত পরীক্ষা নেয়া হয়েছে এবং লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণদের মৌখিক পরীক্ষা নেয়া হয়েছে। মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হওয়ার পর দুই থেকে তিন মাসের ট্রেনিং সফল ভাবে সমাপ্ত করার পর কেবিন ক্রু হিসেবে চুড়ান্ত ভাবে নিয়োগ প্রাপ্ত হবে। আর ট্রেনিং চলাকালীন আংশিক বেতন পাবে।
পরীক্ষা পদ্ধতি পরিবর্তন হওয়ার তেমন কোনো সম্ভাবনা নেই।
লিখিত পরিক্ষার পদ্ধতি এবং বিষয়বস্তুঃ লিখিত পরীক্ষা সাধারণত ১০০ নম্বরের হয়ে থাকে, ৬০-৭০ হবে পাশ নম্বর। গতবার ৬০ নম্বরের ছিলো। ৬০-৭০% পাশ নম্বর হয়ে থাকে। সাধারণত বাংলা, ইংরেজি সাধারণ জ্ঞান সাধারণ অংক, সাধারণ বিজ্ঞান ও আইকিউ থেকে প্রশ্ন করা হয়। বিজ্ঞান ও অংক থেকে খুব ই কম প্রশ্ন করা হয়ে থাকে তাই মানবিক বিভাগের যারা তাদের দুশ্চিন্তা করার তেমন কোনো কারণ নেই। সাধারণ জ্ঞানের প্রশ্ন বেশির ভাগই সমসাময়িক বিষয় নিয়ে করা হয় তাই বিগত কয়েক মাসের কারেন্ট ওয়ার্ল্ড কারেন্ট এ্যাফেয়ার্স ইত্যাদি থেকে ভালো ভাবে প্রস্তুতি নিন।
আর বাংলা, ইংরেজি, ইত্যাদির সব প্রশ্নই এসএসসি এবং এইচএসসি লেভেলের বই থেকে করা হয়ে থাকে। সুতরাং যারা ইউনিভার্সিটি এ্যাডমিশন কোচিং ভালো ভাবে করেছে তারা লিখিত পরীক্ষায় খুব ভালো ভাবেই উত্তীর্ণ হতে পারবে। এছাড়া প্রশ্ন খুব একটা কঠিন করা হয় না।
মৌখিক পরীক্ষার পদ্ধতি এবং প্রস্তুতিঃ মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় সাধারণত দুটি ধাপ থাকে। প্রথমে গ্রুপ ডিসকাশন যেখানে সমসাময়িক বিষয়ের উপর উন্মুক্ত আলোচনা করা হয় যা অবশ্যই ইংরেজি ভাষায়। এখানে স্বেচ্ছায় আলোচনা করতে হবে বিষয়টি নিয়ে। কেউ আপনাকে বলবে না, "আপনি বলুন" আর এটাই আপনার পরীক্ষা। আর দ্বিতীয় ধাপে, একজন একজন করে স্বাক্ষাৎকার যেখানে পরীক্ষক যে কোনো বিষয়ে প্রশ্ন করে। এখানেও প্রশ্ন উত্তর অবশ্যই ইংরেজি ভাষায়। তবে গত জনের নিয়োগ পরীক্ষায় গ্রুপ ডিসকাশন হয়নি শুধুমাত্র মৌখিক পরীক্ষা হয়েছে।
আসলে মৌখিক পরীক্ষার কোনো সুনির্দিষ্ট বিষয়বস্তু নেই। অধিকাংশ সময়ই নিজেকে নিয়ে বা নিজের আশেপাশের সহজ বিষয় নিয়েই প্রশ্ন করা হয়ে থাকে। তবে গতবার মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইন্সের কিছু বিষয়ে, এভিয়েশন এবং সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে ঘটিত এয়ার লাইন্সের দূর্ঘটনা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন করা হয়েছিল। আসলে মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় দেখা হয়, আপনি কতটা স্মার্ট, স্ট্যান্ডার্ড, সাবলীল ও ইন্টেলিজেন্ট। যে কোনো পরিস্থিতি নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও মোকাবেলায় কতটা পারদর্শী। সুতরাং মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় নিজের যোগ্যতা সঠিক ভাবে উপস্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করুন।
পোশাক পরিচ্ছদঃ আইকিউ, ফিটনেস এবং লিখিত পরীক্ষায় নিজের ইচ্ছে মতো পোশাক পরিধান করা যাবে। তবে মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় ফরমাল ড্রেসে উপস্থিত হতে হবে।
ছেলেরা, অফিসিয়াল ফুলহাতা শার্ট, অফিসিয়াল প্যান্ট, ফরমাল সু ও টাই পরিধান করুন। আবহাওয়া গরম থাকলে কোর্ট না পরাই ভালো আর পরলেও কোনো সমস্যা নেই। মেয়েরা, ওয়েস্টার্ন অফিসিয়াল ড্রেস বা কেবিন ক্রুদের মতো শাড়ি পরিধান করুন। আমি ব্যক্তিগতভাবে মনে করি শাড়ি পরিধানকে কিছুটা হলেও প্রাধান্য দেয়া হয়। আর থ্রি-প্রিছ না পরাই ভালো।
বিঃদ্রঃ লিখিত পরীক্ষা ও বিশেষ ভাবে মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় ভালো ভাবে উত্তীর্ণ হওয়ার জন্য ইংরেজি ভাষায় লেখা, বলা ও শোনায় পারদর্শিতা অবশ্যই প্রয়োজন। ইংরেজি ভাষায় পারদর্শিতা ছাড়া এখানে উত্তীর্ণ হওয়ার প্রায় অসম্ভব। সুতরাং হাতে যতটুকু সময় আছে তাতে ইংরেজি ভাষায় পারদর্শিতা অর্জন করার চেষ্টা করুন। আর এই পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হওয়ার জন্য স্পেশাল কোনো বই এর নাম আমার জানা নেই। তবে অন্যান্য সরকারি চাকরির বই যেমন "প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগ", "প্রফেসরস জব সলিউশন", "প্রফেসরস কি টু ব্যাংক জব" ইত্যাদি থেকে প্রস্তুতি নিলে খুব ভালো ভাবেই উত্তীর্ণ হওয়া যাবে। আর সমসাময়িক বিষয় গুলোর উপর নজর রাখতে হবে।
উপরের সম্পূর্ণ আলোচনা আমি যতটুকু জানি তার উপর ভিত্তি করে করেছি। কারণ আমি কেবিন ক্রু না। কোনো ভুল থাকলে কমেন্টে আলোচনা করুন যাতে অন্যদের উপকার হয়। আর আমার এই আলোচনা গ্রহণ করা না করা সম্পূর্ণ আপনার ব্যক্তিগত ব্যাপার।
