Employer can be a person or an organization and can search and see the list of job seekers as per the search criteria. To contact the job seekers employer need to register.
In Baneskill (www.baneskill.com) Job Seekers can verify employers and Employers can rate the employees who worked with them .
Before engaging in to a work, job seekers must be sure about the reliability of the employer, their address and the compensation package (wages/salary) to avoid possible forgery. It’s better to have a written agreement. Employers should also be sure about the identity and address of the job seekers. There must be at least two good references and emergency contact person with whom employers can contact in need.
