Dear Parents & Guardians,

Assalamu Alaikum,

We would like to raise awareness about Measles, a highly contagious disease that can affect children.

Common symptoms include:
• High fever and cough
• Runny nose
• Red or watery eyes
• Red rash spreading across the body

Why it is dangerous:
Measles spreads very quickly from one infected person to many others and may lead to serious complications such as pneumonia, vision problems, and even brain damage.

What you should do:
• Ensure your child receives the MR (Measles-Rubella) vaccine on time
• Provide Vitamin A to infected children as advised
• Encourage the use of masks and maintain hygiene
• Keep infected children isolated and consult a doctor immediately
