গ্রেগরীয়ান স্কাউটের ১০৭ বছরের পথচলা প্রিয় এই আন্দোলনের সাথে।দীর্ঘ এই পথচলার সব সহযাত্রী, অনুজ ও অগ্রজ-- সবাইকে আজকের এই বিশেষ দিনের শুভেচ্ছা।

As we all know 'Annual Camp' & 'Summer Camp' are the most exciting things for Gregorian Scout. Due to the Corona situation,we could not do any camp last year. However, at the initiative of our Principal Brother Prodip Placid Gomes C.S.C and Unit Leader Titu Paul sir, we got the opportunity to do a 'Summer Camp' in a catholic school named 'Don Bosco High School' at Bandarban in March this year. We left for the camp on the night of 16th March with 36 Scouts,2 unit leaders,1 cub leader & a brother. We reached there on the morning of 17th March. There was a different kind of excitement in our scouts for doing camp in such a hilly area. And there,we arranged some challenges like first aid,pioneer,general knowledge,hiking for the scouts to showcase their scouting skills. We successfully completed all the activities of the camp. On 19th March, we had a campfire. We ended the campfire in a beautiful way through solo and group performances, songs and Zulu dances.

On 20th March,we visited some of the beautiful natural places of Bandarban (Nilgiri, Nilachal, Chimbuk Hill, Meghla Resort). At Nilachal,we met Sayemur Rahman bhai, one of the most beloved Gregorians.We also met another Gregorian at Meghla Resort.The places were very beautiful,Our scouts enjoyed them very much.We successfully completed the camp and left on the night of the 20th March and reached at the school in a healthy way on the morning of the 21st March.

REV. BR. ROBI PURIFICATION CSC was Headmaster of SGHSC from 1995 to 2012. He had been the longest reigning Headmaster of this century old institution till to date and is considered as the architect of modern era's St. Gregory's. Today we have lost a great soul, a great well wisher of Gregorian family.

August 28th is the birthday of our respected Teacher Gregorian Nilotpal Sarker Lanka Sir. We are dedicating our today’s post showing our gratitude to him. Happy Birthday, Sir. May you live long.
