সুরভারতী - শিক্ষা নিলয় (SUROBHAROTI-Shikkha Niloy) Ours is a very unique mission in general education. We want to build a truly educated nation, educat Ours is a unique mission in general education.

We want to build a truly educated nation, educated even in the fine arts. The school provides basic and technical education coupled with education in the arts. The purpose is to give underprivileged children a good education free of cost. The children of this school would otherwise languish in slums all their lives and may be even tempted to enter a dark world. Shikkha Niloy believes in a well rounded education to enable students to become quality citizens. Since the current headmaster took over, the school has been providing basic and technical education coupled with education in the arts. The school offers Science, Mathematics, Bangla, English and Social Science for students' basic education. General Knowledge and Health Education classes are also offered. Recently the school has procured two computers and even with these two computers computer training classes have begun. The headmaster is a professional music teacher and an ex-member of Dhaka Theatre and so naturally the school focuses heavily on the arts and has a strong Performing and Fine Arts program. The headmaster personally takes music, Drama and Script Writing, Poetry Recitation and Programme Hosting Classes.
