To motivate the unprivileged primary school students who have no dreams about their future. And the number of the teacher is 3,65,925. It’s their inherent sin.
The condition of Primary Education in Bangladesh is beggar description. There are 82,218 primary school in Bangladesh (All Government, Non-government, Semi-government & NGO schools are included). The average of the teacher number is 4.45. On the other hand, there are 1,64,00000 primary students in Bangladesh. In this way, the average number of students is 200 for each school. So, we can say that t
here are only 4.45 numbers of teachers for 200 students. It is quite impossible to provide proper education to 200 students by only 4.45 teachers. But Primary Education is the basic level of every student. And if one can dream about one’s future in this time, he or she will must prosper in their life. But it’s a matter of sorrow that they cannot dream in this time. That’s why they as well as their parents cannot realize the value of education. For this reason many of the students fall down in this level. None can protect them from this even their teachers. Because of the limitation of the teacher. And they don’t help the students to dream about their future. In this very way poor & dreamless students cannot prosper. Only a few students of town get the right guideline and they shine in their life. But it’s not the fault of the helpless students. So, I want to make the students dreamy. And I also want to ensure the students about their prosperous life in future. That’s why I have taken a step to motivate the primary school students named “Stepping towards Dreamy Land”. In this way they can realize the value of education and what they should do to reach their respective goal. I know all the students will not be changed by my motivation but I’m sure it will help many students to become successful in their life. And they will begin to dream about their future. Step by step I will go to every primary school and will deliver a motivational speech.
