আজ একুশে ফেব্রুয়ারি।
"মহান আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস"
১৯৫২ সালের এই দিনে বাংলা ভাষার মর্যাদা রাখতে রাজপথে প্রাণ দিয়েছিলেন রফিক, সালাম, বরকত, জব্বাররা।
তাদের আত্মত্যাগের বিনিময়ে আমরা পেয়েছি নিজের ভাষায় কথা বলার অধিকার।
আমরা গর্বিত, আমরা বাংলাভাষী।
Today is the 21st February.

On this day in 1952, Rafiq, Salam, Barkat, Jabbar and others gave their lives on the streets to preserve the dignity of the Bengali language.
In exchange for their sacrifice, we gained the right to speak our own language.
We are proud, we are Bengali speakers.
