ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স ইনস্টিটিউশন, বাংলাদেশ (আইইবি)-এর কেন্দ্রীয় কাউন্সিলের ৬৫৫তম সভা অদ্য ২৫ আগস্ট ২০২৬ খ্রি., মঙ্গলবার আইইবি’র কাউন্সিল হলে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।

সভায় সভাপতিত্ব করেন ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স ইনস্টিটিউশন, বাংলাদেশ (আইইবি)'র প্রেসিডেন্ট ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মোহাম্মদ রিয়াজুল ইসলাম (রিজু)।

সঞ্চালনা করেন আইইবি’র সম্মানী সাধারণ সম্পাদক (ভারপ্রাপ্ত) প্রকৌশলী মুহাম্মদ আহসানুল রাসেল।

উক্ত সভায় আইইবি’র কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির সদস্যবৃন্দ, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ডিভিশনের নেতৃবৃন্দ, আইইবির বিভিন্ন কেন্দ্রের নেতৃবৃন্দ, কেন্দ্রীয় কাউন্সিল সদস্যবৃন্দ এবং কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাচন কমিশন (CEC)-এর চেয়ারম্যান ও অন্যান্য সদস্যবৃন্দ উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) is pleased to inform its members and interested engineers that the FEIAP-Taizhou Global South Engineering Capacity Training Center (FT4GS), in collaboration with the A3P Accord Engineering Education Council, AAP Accord Engineering Education Council, Federation of African Engineering Organisations (FAEO), and Pan American Federation of Engineering Societies (UPADI), is organizing Module 4 of the Train-the-Trainers Programme on Outcome-Based Engineering Education (OBE).

The training will focus on "Assessment and Evaluation Methods in Outcome-Based Engineering Education" and will provide practical knowledge and insights into the principles, processes, and implementation of OBE.

Snapshot of the Seminar on “Energy Security in Bangladesh: Understanding the Challenges and Shaping the Way Forward”

Organized by the Young Engineers Chapter, The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

The 828th Executive Committee Meeting was held at the Shaheed Prokaushali Conference Hall (3rd Floor), IEB Headquarters, Ramna, Dhaka.

The meeting was attended by the Executive Committee Members of IEB Headquarters, along with the Chairman, Co-Chairman, Member-Secretary, and other members of the Central Election Committee (CEC).

The meeting was chaired by Engr. Mohammad Reazul Islam (Rezu), President, IEB.

A seminar on "Energy Security in Bangladesh: Understanding the Challenges and Shaping the Way Forward" organized by the Young Engineers Chapter, IEB, will be held on 24 August, 2026, Monday at 04:30 PM at the Council Hall, Shaheed Prokaushali Bhaban, IEB Headquarters, Ramna, Dhaka.

Mr. Aninda Islam Amit, MP, Honorable State Minister, Energy and Mineral Resources Division, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, has given his kind consent to be present as the Chief Guest.

Engr. Khan Manjur Morshed, Vice-President (Academic & International), IEB, will be present as Special Guest.

Prof. Dr. Engr. Syeda Sultana Razia, Member, Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) and Chairman, Occupational Safety Board of Bangladesh (OSBB), will be the Keynote Speaker.

Engr. Md. Tofazzal Hossain, Chairman, Young Engineers Chapter, IEB, will preside over the seminar.
