প্রার্থীর বয়স, যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতাঃ
১. প্রার্থীর বয়স জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয়ের সার্কুলারের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী ২৫ মার্চ ২০২০ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে যাদের বয়স ২৭ বছর (বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা বা শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার সন্তানদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স সর্বোচ্চ ৩২ বছর) অতিক্রান্ত হয়নি তারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
২. প্রার্থীকে অনুমোদিত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে নূন্যতম স্নাতক ডিগ্রি প্রাপ্ত হতে হবে।
৩. কম্পিউটারে দক্ষতাসম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
৪. প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই জন্মসূত্রে বাংলাদেশের স্থায়ী নাগরিক হতে হবে।
৫. প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই অবিবাহিত হতে হবে (তালাকপ্রাপ্ত গ্রহনযোগ্য নয়) এবং শিক্ষানবিশ শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত অবশ্যই অবিবাহিত থাকতে হবে।
৬. শারীরিক যোগ্যতায় পুরুষ প্রার্থী কমপক্ষে ৫ ফুট ৬ ইঞ্চি এবং নারী প্রার্থী কমপক্ষে ৫ ফুট ৪ ইঞ্চি হতে হবে। উল্লেখ্য, দৃষ্টি শক্তি ৬/৬ থাকা আবশ্যক।
