"Understand the basic sentence structure: Subject + Verb + Object."
This is the foundation of most English sentences. Here's a breakdown:
Subject – who or what the sentence is about
Verb – what action is being done
Object – who or what is receiving the action
Example:
She (subject) eats (verb) an apple (object).
Once you grasp this structure, it becomes easier to build more complex sentences, learn tenses, and use proper grammar.
Everyone expects creatives to produce ideas on demand — as if creativity is always on tap.
But true creativity needs rest to stay sustainable. Even when resting, creative minds are always working in the background.
If agency owners and clients don’t understand this, they won’t get consistent, quality work — and they'll keep losing good talent.
Creatives don’t quit jobs. They quit toxic environments.
It's never too late to start over.
If you weren't happy with yesterday,
try something different today.
Always clap for your friends, even if their dreams transpire before yours.
Transpire= ঘটা /আসা
সবসময় তোমার বন্ধুকে উৎসাহিত করবে এবং সেইটা যদি তোমার স্বপ্ন পূরণের আগে তোমার বন্ধুর স্বপ্ন পূরণ হয় এরপরেও
When praying for a job, also pray for a working environment that will prevent burnout, depression, and regret.

HR:
I rejected a CV from a candidate twice.
He applied for the third time, and I called him for an interview.
And guess what? We offered him a role right after the interview.
Now, a year later, he has become the Team Leader and is performing excellently.
The lesson I learned from this: do not always judge a person solely based on their CV.
Sometimes, they are more than that one-page profile.
Give a chance to candidates; they have energy and ideas more than you can think of.
